Carole Preston is a professional Canadian Art Therapist and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a background in psychology, global education and improv theatre. Carole works within an anti-oppressive client-centered framework to help clients navigate challenging feelings, thoughts and behaviors. Carole has lived and worked in rural communities for the larger part of her life and lived on her husbands family farm for five years. She understands the unique stresses and realities of farm life and rural living. With deep understanding of rural realities, Carole weaves her experiences and education into creating a warm, welcoming and safe therapeutic environment for all ages.
