Groups
The Altered Book Club - a women's group in Edmonton that invites you to rediscover, to honor and to create visual representations of moments in your life. Through the creation of an altered book, each semi structured session shares a contemplative offering, conversation and an invitation to explore related concepts, emotions and stories through art materials. This offering is designed for women who would enjoy and benefit from dedicated time for reflection and making sense of life. The vibe is warm and welcoming within a respectful small group atmosphere.
Each group of 4 meets over 6 sessions. Each session gently unfolds a chapter or moment of your personal journey with new observations, understanding and a clear eye toward the future.
All art supplies are provided.
6 sessions take place:

Art Hive
Making art and building community
A welcoming place to talk, make art and create with other attendees. Each week we meet at the Currents Studio to respond in creative ways to things that matter. This is a drop in format, though registration is appreciated. Art Hives are Wednesday afternoons from 12:30pm to 2:30pm in the Camrose Currents Studio. You are welcome to bring your lunch or a coffee/tea into the studio.
